They literally let people sleep in tents out in the snow for months now while sitting on their entire aid package. I'm not sure how the locals are not burning those people to the ground.

I went to college in western NC and still live In NC! Amazing place and amazing people who have the fight in them to revive their own community despite the lack of government aid!
