You can use asknostr hashtag to ask for inbound liquidity and post your lightning node's pubkey. Ask for larger channels to avoid rebalancing needs, like 10M+ sats is preferable, but 5M is good too.

You will also need to have outbound liquidity, just open outbound channel to popular payment nodes like Zeus's node (https://amboss.space/node/031b301307574bbe9b9ac7b79cbe1700e31e544513eae0b5d7497483083f99e581) or AlbyHub's node (https://amboss.space/node/031f3b9c62afed62f9939ac4abc28dc4bf70b198a8410b3634e5676462f5932fa6).
