NEW INCOME SOURCE?

I’m looking for someone to improve an existing app with lightning.

We use a golf tracking app to enter scores into for a league.

It’s a virtual - but in real life - bitcoin golf league. Everyone pays their weekly entry fee in SATS.

We need someone to add lightning capability into the existing app so players could pay entry directly within the app.

The existing app is likely closed source BUT the owner is very open to improvements.

We use the app for the tour, introduce it to our existing golf community, get every golfer on earth using it in the next 5 years, and we take a small % for transaction fees.

I feel like this is a very doable solution that could be born on Nostr.

Please share with anyone who might be excited by this. #[0] #[1] #[2] #[3] thank you 🧡

Sounds awesome. Super exciting to see Bitcoin start to touch every aspect of life

This just needs to find the right person. Lots of smart people on here.

Is it a mobile or web app?

It’s mobile

Is this real golf or virtual golf?

Real golf.

But you can play any course you want.

The handicaps and course ratings even things out!

Here's a tip - consider micro betting between the golf players. Like even when I'm on a different flight I'd still like to compete against my friend that did 18 last week. Can we have micro tournaments based on sats?

Yes it’s all handicapped.

If you’re an 18 handicap and I’m a 0.

You should 18 over par,

and I shoot 1 over par,

You win the low net score.

*other factors here but that’s the overall idea with it.

And the cool thing is that as this thing grows, only the lowest 88 handicaps will compete in the top tier.

This discourages people from keeping a high handicap just to win SATS.

You want a low handicap to play in the top tier, and you want to shoot good scores for a chance to win the weekly low net score.

Hope that makes sense.

What is the app written in?

Good question. I’d have to ask.

Unless there’s an easier way to check?
