Have anyone built a mobile app push notification DVM? Is it possible?

I have been tinkering with web push as a way to provide notifications to anyone even those not on Nostr
Let me know if you make any progress! Better notifications would help a lot and seems doable to me.
It’s a PITA as iOS folks would need to add the site as a PWA, but, in theory one could subscribe to notifications for a user and the web push would offload the notifications to the browser vendor’s service. Then, when one makes a note, a web hook could notify the browser service and even those who are not on Nostr could be push notified, and redirected to the primal webpage or other web host that publishes notes

Yeah I liked pokey too but I found it to use too much battery...
Weird, except for one update that had a bug I've never had that problem. It's always way down the list, under 1%.
How many relays is it connecting to? Too many relays is a common problem that could cause that.
Thanks. Will try. IMO would be better to have an sdk than an app. Different apps can notify about specific events relevant to that app and notifications could deep-link for better UX than a single app could provide …
