Today is the 3-year mark of the day the COVID-19 pandemic was announced in the US.
Regardless of your personal opinion on the lockdown, masking, the pandemic, or anything else, the fact remains that more than 1 million people died in this country alone from it.
Take a moment to express gratitude internally for surviving the past three years and not, well, dying. You could’ve. But you’re here, hopefully healthy and well.

I don’t want or mean to agitate, but we’ve since learned the incredible importance and devious blurring of the lines between “died of” and “died with”. Lives cut short are tragic, but lives lost with the coincidental presence of a virus is altogether different and served as a pretext for incalculable costs incurred by others. This is the real tragedy.
I’m skeptical of that figure.
