No one is perfect; everyone makes mistakes.

If you make a mistake, recognize it, apologize, and try to correct it.

If a fellow pleb makes a mistake, at least give them the opportunity to correct it.

Strong community is essential for this very difficult journey.

I can let certain things slide, but when a โ€œfriendโ€ becomes a liabilityโ€ฆgotta be prepared to part ways, permanently.

Just my thoughts on the matter ๐Ÿ˜…

Sometimes, maybe that's the best option for everyone. Some situations can be very complicated.

All religions call for forgiveness and tolerance and to help others correct their mistakes. Always at the beginning you find it hard to accept tolerance, but when it is repeated, it will become easy and help us to forgive the wrongdoer

I mean, I literally have nothing more to add here. You said it perfectly.

What I will add is that I think it's also high time to stop underestimating the wisdom and knowledge from religions and ancient civilizations.

The superiority complex of modern humans is truly making us blind and, in many cases, perhaps ignorant.

The experiences of the past are what brought us to where we are today

I agree with you on this, except that Religions twist the truth to fit their traditions and doctrines, just as much as the rest of secular society do, and in some cases even more.

Stick with the inspired word of god: add nothing, and take nothing away. Forgiveness and tolerance have limits, especially without repentence, and observation of god's word. -rev 2:20, -rev 22:18-19 -1John2:4

If you read the Holy Quran, you will find the same texts, but more clearly
