Sometimes you just say fk it and treat yourself.
I think I cook wholesome, healthy, generally low carb meals. I try to give us variety every week to keep the cooking and the eating interesting and enjoyable. But in all areas I strive for BALANCE! Good habits, for me, are sustainable because of balance.
So here we have a cute individual sized angel food cake topped with one scoop of chocolate/vanilla ice cream that has a caramel swirl.
Added sliced bananas and salted caramel sauce. 😍 My daughter LOVED this!
