Not the only factor, but the most important. Blacks were more civil when they had more successfully assimilated into white society in the past. They have become more barbaric on average when they converted to new Afro-communism. Race is a factor, but that change within 2 generations shows that ideology is a bigger one.

Ideal

Metaphysics: finite universe, monist (as opposed to duelist) meaning no mind/dichotomy: mind and spirit are different but inextricably linked. Brain death is lie from the medical industry for organ harvesting: your mind and body are one synchronous whole (within this truth is where ideology is important but ALSO how race plays a role).

Epistemology: the attributes ARE the thing (as opposed to Plato’s forms), the concept is your acknowledgement of the truth of the attributes (this topic can be an article by itself).

Politics: A general merger of the original intent of the US founding fathers, but with some inspiration from Heinlein regarding “skin in the game with the franchise” (again, a whole article or several in and of itself).
