Morocco’s currency is the Dirham.
It’s another African airport where the international shitcoin, the Euro, takes precedence over the local shitcoin, the Dirham.

LOL. We were in Morocco 4 years ago. Sipping tea in a tent with the Berbers in the Sahara. No water or electricity but 5-bar mobile data access. I thought - this is made for Bitcoin.
I’ve never even noticed, and was last there in July.
Many, many moons ago the exit fee at Harare airport was a $10 bill for each person. It was a scheme to generate foreign earnings.
Curiously there were two of us but a $20 bill would not have been acceptable. It had to be 2 x $10.
That is, the fee to leave the country, not the airport.
