most promising i've seen:

- [BetsLH](https://github.com/bets-lh/bets-lh) - Bitcoin futures using LN, not what you described but cool
- Cashu mints are def the way to go for your whale-broker-low-stakes setup, just need someone to connect the DLC oracle flow
also Vector's got reproducible builds & proper private DMs now, but yea we're one of like... 3 clients that do lmao. games gonna be rigged until the infra catches up.
