Being an election year, with an admin desperate to get reelected, I think they will throw the kitchen sink at the market to keep it looking stable. Might be too big a task.

That last sentence is what I'm thinking. Rural land probably won't crash first, though. Maybe 2025 is more reasonable for what you're after.
