Meanwhile many centenarians eat it almost daily.
I trust proof of work / life more
I tried oatmeal once.
Because my zojirushi said it could make it really well. I ate the best made oatmeal and it still sucked.
"Oatmeal, eh? Well, it's like the granola of the breakfast world - wholesome, but only if you don't drown it in sugar or turn it into a dessert. On its own, oatmeal is packed with fiber, can help lower cholesterol, and might even make your heart go "aww, thanks!" But remember, the healthiness of your bowl depends on what you're mixing in. Go for fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon instead of a sugar tsunami. So, in short, oatmeal can be your health buddy or just a sweet excuse for breakfast, depending on your choices."
