My new website is bilingual and it's not easy. But it is inconceivable to trade in a country and not be fluent, at least on paper.
It is hard to shout louder on paper when Johnny Foreigner no speako the lingo. I say this as a Brit who cringes at the appalling attitude towards language of many Brits abroad.
