Years ago, I belonged to a 24 hour gym where the walls were lined with TV’s playing music videos. It seemed to be heavily focused into an oddly young demo for their clientele. I became very familiar, against my will, with the albums of former Disney Channel stars out to prove how serious they were. Have I deadlifted to Aly & AJ? Do I actually know who Aly & AJ are?
