Spam on nostr

I received few spam messages on nostr in comments to my posts and in private. Can we use paywall to prevent it? E.g. to communicate to me new users (who I don't follow or communicated myself before) need to pay me 100 sats. I agree to receive spam and mute it, but only if I'm paid for that.
