Well, technically, amethyst uses it for mutes (if my understanding is correct)
Ok, which client use it? I use also Primal and Coracle (web) but marginally.

No mobile client that I know of. Will come eventually I hope. Been wondering why amethyst will show "muted" in the time line selector. Would be nice to have any created lists there.
