Still trying to use famous/nostr, but scrolling the feed, half of the usernames don’t load, and most of the reply/forward numbers don’t load either, on iOS. Have to tap the post in order to load all that stuff. So I don’t even know which posts have replies or are popular to see which threads to read. And when I enter a thread it goes to the very top, not the message I tapped…. Still very hard to use.

There is no stats built into the protocol, so to fetch that info it needs to pull down all the events related to a post. It can’t do this for every post in your timeline, it can only do it when you click into it.
Damus will need to build a way to fetch these stats outside of the protocol if we want stats on every post in the timeline.
I see. Most people won’t expect that behavior because they’re used to Twitter, as I am. That’s too bad.
But I’d rather stay on TestFlight :(
