I'm an absurdist. So I like taking both sides of the argument to the extreme so people can see how silly bickering is. But to truly be serious there's good points on both sides. So like... Why not both?

People like liking. Sometimes they want a "I like what you did there but it's not something I want to zap", meanwhile other people get flooded with stuff and want to minimize their notifications, or think of it like "well if it's not worth my zap it's not worth my time". So like... Why not let people zap and let people who don't want to see them just not get the notification?

I thought all of this was toggle-able any way?

I live my life by 3 rules ok, and this falls squarely into for 1. You do you because I'mma do me🤷🏽

Stop getting your panties in a bunch. Let them like and don't be mad when the guy doesn't respond to your like because it wasn't worth his time 🤷🏽🖤🤍🖤🤍 kthnxbye
