The Way.

Whether someone is a monk or a householder, the teaching is the same; live with love and be aware.

Make your practice your life and become invisible with your goodness. Just do what you are supposed to do and walk on. Don’t look for any kind of results internally or externally, just be a human being, helping and serving others with your presence.

Sila means morality, and morality means to refrain from unwholesome actions in the world, but implied in that is also the instruction to perform wholesome actions.

Not to kill or harm, but to help and protect.

Not to take anything until it is offered, but to share what we already have.

Not to control or manipulate others, but to serve and take care.

Not to use cruel or harmful speech, but to use our words to unite and bring harmony.

Not to take intoxicants or drugs that alter the consciousness, but to remain mentally clear through meditation and the cultivation of awareness.
