On the flip side, I’m concerned about people with mental health issues believing they have no value because they’re not getting zapped.

Assume someone is in my shoes, posting daily for months. And someone new comes along and gets more sats on their first post. Since things are public around here, you can see it happen often.

Some might say it’s just a zap. But that’s money. It can be used to help pay bills or an emergency situation. A zap actually has monetary value in comparison to a like.
