If this is a real video clip then it's a ⚡ball lightning⚡. It's a very strange and rare phenomenon. Who made this clip was very lucky to see it. And very very lucky to survived it!

Cixin Liu wrote an interesting fiction book called "Ball Lighting"
He also wrote an excellent series called "The Three Body Problem"
There is a Hungarian expert of this type of paranormal phenomenon, he is George Egely. He has many books and publications (also in English) about ball lightning, 3+ dimensions even about the zero point energy (or nullpoint energy, as you like).
