Yoga has been good for me at 52. A good stretch is the answer for most things sore.

I was doing yoga regularly over the winter but haven’t much since it’s gotten nice and I can get outside. Will have to start back up.
Yep I had chronic back pain for many years until I started regularly doing yoga. I think just moving your body around in any way helps. We spend too much time sitting in chairs staring at screens.
And the breathing. Shit, some of the moves are simple until they say .... take a deep breath and you may feel muscles you didn't know you had.... for a few days after the session. 🤣
