Playing around with different colours and flavours... This is a raw vegan cashew pie with wild blueberries and decorated with strawberries. It didn't turn out quite as firm as I had hoped... I tried not to use as much coconut oil as I usually do. But delicious it was βΊοΈ The base ist made with hazelnuts, figs, tigernut (chufa) flour and coconut oil.
