When cleaning your #teeth,

only use water and

a (organic) tooth brush, NO TOOTHPASTE.

Also clean your teeth with toothpicks regularly.

If you do this you won't even need toothpaste. It is also unhealthy with microplastics in it. Someone gave a presentation about this.
