Should Bip300 be tested first, on a real-money Altcoin / Hardfork (before coming to BTC) ?
( Ideally one with a very similar codebase, such as LTC. )
( Even though this may make that coin extra-valuable, which is kind of the opposite of the point of sidechains. )
there is nothing to test technically. it's a very simple code change. the economic implications are the problem
