After checking, the current Bitcoin network fee is around 0.0005 BTC per transaction. However, please note that this fee can vary depending on the network congestion and the priority of your transaction.

First you have to check that the sender and the receiver side supports the other network. For bitcoin transfer as I know, the BRC20, but between some exchanges, the Binance Smart Chain is good (if both of the exchanges supports it).

Btw: if you want to transfer some crypto to a #satoshi wallet, I think, you have to choose the Bitcoim main network only. These wallets as I know don't supports other networks.
