"[The US has] a government that was designed in the 1780s for a very different population and a much smaller country. We shouldn't be suprised that it's not working." - Col. Douglas MacGregor

Whoa, you mean a bunch of dudes in wigs didn't solve the role of government in society for us 240+ years ago? We actually have to do some work ourselves??

It's the lack of doing work ourselves that got us here. And here we are, blaming their design instead of ourselves. They had to bleed for it. The design is better than any other in human history and works exactly as the People have demanded that it work (inefficiently involved in every part of our lives).

Trannies ruin everything

They were also willing to fight and die for it. No government will be good when the People are as dumb and lazy as many Americans are today. We got complacent and fell asleep at the wheel. The design has little to do with it. In fact, we'd probably be much worse off if the US government design wasn't so good. It's quite resilient even with a population that largely doesn't resist anymore.

Interesting perspective.

Goverments can't reform, hence they go under every soften.
