how private are oxchats compared to other private encrypted messaging systems? anyone in the know who knows? for example, can anyone on nostr see them if they go looking?

Are they bring built as in centralised or decentralized way?? Especially large data content.. Seems logical to me, that if people could be paid in SATs to host large data, we'd be on the right track.. Even though, efficiencies of scale would likely centralise most of the data over time, people could host there own stuff, backup for friends/family. Host their own music/videos etc even while consumption of the content doesn't pay for hosting costs.. Etc etc etc...
