Wall ball 10 lbs x 15 reps

Sledgehammer (15 lb sledgehammer) x 20 reps

Sumo squats with 50 lb kettle bell

Battle ropes 30 second intervals

Leg raises

Toe touches

Bicycle crunches

Russian twists

Plank

Cardio:

31:39 minutes at 10% grade and 2.7 mph burning 313 calories
