IMO, they pumped up the numbers to generate massive fear and urgency. That made it much easier to convince people to shoot experimental mRNA clotshots into their arms.... they used force for the rest that took it.

While i share your disappointment in Rfk, I don't think he fully understood who dictates the so called "public health policy", it's the DoD along with Big Pharma, not HHS. So in reality he is at the wrong agency in terms of effecting real change. The best he can do in these coming 3 years is to try have the 1986 act that gives liability protection to Big Pharma repealed or at least have all jab mandates overturned.
