Get it . But isn’t there a general difference in the taste of the grapes...? I'm a Bordeaux fan but it's not always as full-bodied as I like, even though it's the same vintage. I like to know how big the influence of sea air vs mountains is. When I'm a big girl, I'd like to own a little vineyard.:) I am soo curious for your Vino ā¤ļø

Humidity temperature, temperature swings, sun intensity, soil, water amount and timing not to mention different clones of the same variety of grape...then you get into the winemaking, which can lend a very heavy hand.

There's literally endless things that effect wine.

This is super interesting, thanks for sharing insights. It does seem like an artful, creative process to make wine and give it a memorable flavor kick at best. Electric acidity sounds very interesting. Also, it seems like a work that is done in a rather decelerated manner. I like that very much. Good to have you here, we are learning so much.
