interesting. Have you tried it ? I guess its about how fast the mind switch works?

I've been listening to Huberman's meditation podcast and it has some elements to this. I believe in training your own brain - a lot of day to day process can be made into habits to eliminate thoughts/efforts on it and it saves space in the head for the bigger things. I've been doing this since I was a kid.

Never had a problem with focus either, and i try to constantly time myself to optimise speed. My de-stress however is a slow progress from a day to 2 hrs to 20 mins - from reading a book, sleeping, meditating - but i still want to achieve that instantaneous calm in situation that requires it - and if this is one way to do it, would be interesting to try!
