2. Weighted walk
3. Calf stretches
4. More weighted walks
5. Jog
6. Deep tissue calf stretches
For your weighted walk are you carrying free weights or using wearable weights (weighted vest)?

I am carrying two 40lbs weights

My upper body strength is pathetic so I was wondering if adding wearables on a walk would help. Donβt know anyone IRL that uses them.
