4. More weighted walks

For your weighted walk are you carrying free weights or using wearable weights (weighted vest)?

I am carrying two 40lbs weights

My upper body strength is pathetic so I was wondering if adding wearables on a walk would help. Donโ€™t know anyone IRL that uses them.
