Today I picked up a quarter laying on the sidewalk. I used it along with a couple of bucks I had to buy a cookie.

I’m guilty of unlicensed money transmission AND commingling of funds.

Nah the comcretecompany that built the sidewalk slab is the transmitter. Just because you and the original owner used the sidewalk, amd the sidewalk company knew that people would lose money on the sidewalk, no matyer that the sidewalk folks never meet the pedestrians
