Over the past year I’ve instigated some changes.

Cigarettes left my life in November last year ✔️

I said goodbye to alcohol in July ✔️

I’ve since chased 12kg away via walking, functional and strength training ✔️

All of these things are making my life more enjoyable but I am starting to wonder at what point I should seek medical advice as my resting heart rate is now ~45bpm 🤣
