Lightning splits with relays

This should be considered a top priority. Test this idea out (or anything else), and then adjust for its relative success or feedback.

Right now a huge limitation for ongoing adoption is making this model monetarily sustainable. Making the technology work is awesome, and a critical first step. Making it a form of sustainable capital is how we change the fucking world.

We need to be thinking about monetization that doesn't rely on centralization or advertising as a matter of course. That is where another major breakthrough can kick things off again.

-- probably another good reason to create/focus on built in marketplaces, and have a revenue share with those as well. A lightning split with "ebay style" listings over Nostr relay could be a big deal. It also redirects the focus on making this an economy, more than just a place to waste time and post memes.

(I'm more than happy to direct a huge portion of zaps to my relays, and/or a portion of anything i sell to a relay that is hosting/propagating my store)

I'd even be open to seeing the split become a mandatory part of a client. Not sure how it would work with the relays too though.

I'm totally fine with that too. AND a "pay X to add a product" or something similar to a viewable, in Nostr, sales window of sorts. You can always link to LNbits to get around it, but if you make it seamless, good looking, affordable, and very easy, IMO, it'll be like streaming; people won't bother torrenting for free if it just works.
