I think they'd be mad not to at this point in the race. Name recognition, status quo bias etc.
But its the DNC, so who knows which way that nest of writhing neurotic snakes will crawl?
Of course nobody knows. I think they will retire Biden for health reasons and with the power of the MSM behind them they will present a fresh new face like Newsom and the "low information voters" will be happy and go with that one. Just a guess.
You could be right. There's certainly a faction pushing for it, and its not just people who would disagree with Biden on policy.
