A lot of people who deserve my screen name will love it and feel "thought of".

Whether any of them ever vote is questionable, but this will be received far better on Main Street than it will in a policy wonk echo chamber like #nostr

I think they'd be mad not to at this point in the race. Name recognition, status quo bias etc.

But its the DNC, so who knows which way that nest of writhing neurotic snakes will crawl?

Of course nobody knows. I think they will retire Biden for health reasons and with the power of the MSM behind them they will present a fresh new face like Newsom and the "low information voters" will be happy and go with that one. Just a guess.
