i have never witnessed this but i am a fan of caramelised root vegetables and i can believe that this is awesome, very much so yes indeed

Beets are so good, I'm literally gonna just plop on the grill, like this 😁 for about 35 min.

And then, when 10 min left, I'll flame broil venison burger on the direct heat
