Yesterday the conductor was very happy with my performance during the rehearsal, he shaked my hands before I go. I felt relieved.

I always felt sorry that I fucked things up when I first started playing for him. Apologize is meaningless, get your ass working hard and doing better job is the only way.

Just remember that you were asked to be there because they want to hear you play. Give them the best you can muster and enjoy it, because that’s why they are there and why you are there.

I tend to get nervous in front of people (cute choir girls) and I learn slow. But I’m starting to get use to conductor’s body language and it’s a lot better now. I’m glad I’m providing helpful accompaniment.
