Caipirinha (Brazil)

1/2 lime

1 1/2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar, to taste

2 ounces​ cachaça (you can substitute with rum)

Lime wheel, for garnish

Muddle the limes and sugar and then too with booze …. fresh and boozy!
