LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK - WEB OF TRUST SCORE

I love the Following+ feed because it pulls from a "web of trust" (the people you follow plus the people *they* follow). It occurred to me that I could show a number that indicates how connected you are to other people that show up in your feed.

So, for instance, if you follow somebody the get a "web of trust" score of 1. Then, for each person you follow that also follows them, they get +0.1. So if you follow a profile and 10 people you follow do, too, their score is 2. If 100 people you follow also follow them their score would be 11, etc.

I'll display the value as a small overlay on the person's profile pic. This way you can get an instant idea of how connected you are to everyone else you see.

Sounds reasonable for a general flow.

While we could add more customizability, I'm not sure if that would be necessary. If we will have user-created Lists in the future then that would provide users with full control over what they see in each List.
