In first grade a friend canceled her pool party because of a thunderstorm. I was so upset and thought the adults were being completely irrational about some risk of getting struck by lightning.. or should I say zapped!!
We have to stay out of the water for 30m after the last thunder. It could be a clear blue sky...doesn't matter. Adults can be so irrational. š
