Thanks for letting me know! Several people have brought this to my attention but unfortunately there’s not really anything I can do 🙁 Always pay attention to NIP-05 identifier/checkmark verification, and even then, don’t let your guard down. Good on you for recognizing it as an impersonator!

I agree. I didn’t understand why he was so popular (I mean the paintings are certainly lovely) until I went to a Sargent exhibit at the Boston MFA a year ago.
