"Why wemon?" For the same reason we put women and children on a lifeboat first.

When women don't go hungry children don't either. Wemon are especially vulnerable to hunger at times. Whether rich or poor.

They are more important and essential individually than men.

They have twice as many gene's as men. This makes them more important for human adaptation, evolution and survival.

Lastly, it's very hard to get anything through Congress. It's more likely to succeed if it's focused only on women.

It would be nice if it was done for both. But protecting women from hunger is essential..🤔
