Continuous chaos and overwhelm is how many of us have lived for far too long. Even calm moments make us nervous because we know something else will happen.

Even after getting out of the relationship we are still on edge.

It takes time and work to down regulate your nervous system. It’s something everyone can do though.

It’s not your fault you are here now, but you are the only one that can do the work to get out.

Having help and support makes it easier and faster, but we must still do the work.
