What's the general zeitgeist on Ordinals here on Nostr? Silly bloat? Elegant utility? Something in between? Depends on what they're used for?

Ordinals are not real. the system is based on idea that is not really there by design.
I mostly see negative takes here but have not come across anything that clearly shows they are a threat to bitcoin’s monetary use or security. I personally love good graffiti— even if all these things go to zero and the market dies, some projects will still be cool to me 🤙
