Yeah got sick Sunday before this one
I find it helps a bit. Doesn’t cure the problem but helps lower the symptoms. I’ve been catching whatever the kids bring back from daycare
Could be, sample size of one so I don't have much to go off. I normally do fire cider, supplements and salt water gargles. Added the onion honey this time.
