I used to put in the I cream maker, but got lazy and just muscle with the hand blender. Comes out nearly sorbet hard. You can always put in the freezer again for a few min.

The frozen raspberries make the cream harder, there is no freezer involved.

When my son was teething his favorite thing was frozen raspberries! I will have to give this recipe a try!

What brand of cream do you prefer also… Is that a duralex cup?
